Project Manager – Mechanical-Electrical Bid spec contract work.

LSM is a full mechanical/electrical contractor with the Installation of Plumbing, Heating, air conditioning, Sheet metal, and electrical systems.

LSM is seeking a Project manager for our expanding Mechanical-Electrical Bid spec contract work. The ideal will have a minimum of 5 years of expertise in both Mechanical | Electrical Project management.

The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple small to medium-sized projects including scheduling manpower, ordering, and tracking of materials and costs,  and managing sub-trades while adhering to LSM safety requirements.

With a strong presence in northern Alberta since 1964, LSM is a thriving and diverse Mechanical Contractor offering six different Red Seal Trades and numerous projects throughout the Peace Country.
